They have provided us photos holding a valid physical identity document with their face, name and date of birth. There are 3 premium profile levels:
Platinum profiles will always be shown first, followed by Gold and Silver profiles respectively. Each tier has a limited amount of photos and videos the profile can upload. The higher the tier, the more photos and videos the profile can upload.

You can re-subscribe by going to the profile dashboard, clicking "Buy premium" and selecting the package you want to subscribe to.
